Your Instructor
In 1998 I began practicing yoga to relieve the stiffness and lack of mobility I was experiencing after enjoying a lifetime of athletic activities such as biking, hiking, running and walking. Since that first yoga class I have received my teacher training from Julie Lawrence and continue to study with Julie and other Iyengar instructors. I have been sharing my yoga knowledge with others since 2002.
