Class Descriptions
Classes are taught in the Iyengar style which is accessible to most individuals. The instruction focuses on proper alignment with the use of props such as blankets, blocks, etc. This method of yoga allows the student to explore yoga poses while increasing their strength, flexibility and providing an opportunity for an improved self awareness and physical well being.
