Welcome and thank you for your interest in discovering the benefits of an Iyengar style of yoga instruction. Iyengar yoga is a method of Hatha Yoga. The Iyengar style yoga postures help students develop strength, flexibility, postural alignment and endurance. The sequence and combination of postures, are both stimulating, and calming bringing balance and a new awareness within youself.

I never imagined how much this practice could change and enhance all aspects of my well being.
